A late 19th century mezzotint titled “Return From The Cavalry” and has been subject to a full restoration of the cream insert and a new backing, the oak frame, glass and obviously mezzotint are as original and are still in great condition. Quite a striking composition with the white garment and red head attire bringing the scene alive. The more you look at this picture, the more you see. Great restored condition and ready to enjoy.
